Graded by Mint Condition: 7 This is a high-grade example of a 1956 Topps Ted Abernathy card. It displays exceptional surface quality and sharper-than-average corners for the vintage. The final grade is primarily defined by the moderate centering shift on the front. Centering: 7 / 10 The front displays a clear shift toward the bottom right, with the left and top borders being visibly thicker. Corners: 9 / 10 Front: The corners are impressively sharp for the era; the Top Left corner shows a tiny touch of white while the others remain crisp. Back: The corners on the reverse are well-preserved and show only minimal micro-fuzzing under magnification. Edges: 8 / 10 Front: Edges are clean and straight with some very minor, natural roughness along the left side consistent with cards from this period. Back: The reverse edges are largely smooth, though faint chipping is present along the top.
