The grade is primarily limited by a light diagonal wrinkle on the Top Right corner of the front and off-center alignment on the reverse. The edges and surface gloss remain excellent for a vintage card of this era.

Front: Front borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected. Back: Back borders are well balanced, with no significant centering deviation detected.
Corners: 2 / 10
All four corners show moderate softening of the tips and light chipping consistent with age.
Edges: 7 / 10
The top edge exhibits light chipping, and the left edge shows minor vintage roughness.
Surface: 6 / 10
Front: The surface is clean with excellent print registration, though a faint diagonal hairline scratch or light wrinkle is present in the upper right quadrant. Back: The reverse card stock is clean and free of staining, showing only a light, faint scratch near the bottom left logo area.
