A TOM POHOLSKY from the 1957 TOPPS set, card #235. This is a great addition to any CHICAGO CUBS collection. Graded by Mint Condition: 6 The final grade is primarily limited by significant centering issues on both the front and back. While the surface preservation and corner integrity are quite high for a mid-century vintage card, the extreme right-ward shift on the reverse pulls the overall grade down. Centering: 6 / 10 The front displays a heavy bias toward the right side, though a sliver of border remains visible. The top border is slightly thinner than the bottom. Corners: 8 / 10 Front: The Top Left and Bottom Left corners show minor touches of wear and very slight softening. The right-hand corners remain relatively sharp. Back: All four corners on the reverse show light touches of whitening consistent with the front, but they maintain a strong overall shape. Edges: 7 / 10 The left edge on the back shows more pronounced chipping and minor shelf wear compared to the other edges. Surface: 9 / 10 Front: The surface is exceptionally clean for its age, with strong color and no visible scratches or creases.
