The grade is primarily dictated by the moderate rounding and whitening present on all four corners. While the surface and centering are quite strong for a card of this age, the physical wear to the corner tips and edges limits the overall assessment. Centering: 9 / 10 Centering is slightly favor of the left and bottom edges, maintaining a pleasing appearance for the era. Corners: 4 / 10 Front: All four corners exhibit moderate rounding and visible whitening of the card stock, consistent with a mid-grade vintage card. Back: The corners on the reverse show rounding and wear matching the condition observed on the front. Edges: 5 / 10 Front: The edges show light chipping and general wear, most noticeable along the right and top borders. Back: Moderate edge wear and toning are visible along all four sides of the reverse. Surface: 8 / 10 Front: The front surface retains good color and gloss, with only minor print imperfections common to the 1954 issue.
