This card presents in Poor condition due to the accumulation of several major defects. The most significant issues include a heavy vertical crease through the center and an extreme centering shift on the front that approaches a miscut. Additionally, all corners exhibit severe rounding and the surface shows substantial vintage wear.

The front is severely shifted to the right, leaving almost no visible border on that side.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners are heavily rounded with significant surface wear and fraying. Back: The corners on the reverse show the same advanced rounding and wear as the front.
Edges: 2 / 10
Front: The edges show significant chipping and wear, particularly visible along the bottom and right sides. Back: The reverse edges show heavy fiber fraying consistent with a well-handled vintage card.
Surface: 2 / 10
Front: A prominent vertical crease runs through the player's face, accompanied by significant toning and smaller surface breaks. Back: The back shows heavy age-toning and the visible impression of the large vertical crease found on the front.
