This card is in superb technical condition, especially for the 1970 Topps set which is known for condition sensitivity. The corners, edges, and surface all present at a high level. The final grade is determined by the vertical centering shift on the front, which falls within the standard parameters for a Near Mint specimen.

The top border is notably thinner than the bottom border, creating a visible upward shift.

The corners are very sharp for a vintage issue, with only a microscopic touch of wear visible on the Bottom Left corner.

Front: The grey borders are exceptionally well-preserved with no signs of chipping or edge wear. Back: The edges on the back are crisp and show no signs of fraying or distress.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The surface is remarkably clean with excellent color saturation and no visible print defects or scratches. Back: The back surface is pristine, maintaining its original color without any staining or marks.
