This vintage 1955 Bowman example features superior centering but the final grade is established by the moderate rounding found on each corner and the widespread chipping along the wood-grain edges.

Front: The front centering is outstanding, featuring nearly equal margins on all sides of the wood-grain frame. Back: The reverse shows a moderate shift toward the top edge, though it remains well within respectable parameters for the era.
Corners: 3 / 10
Front: All four corners exhibit significant rounding and visible whitening, with the Bottom Left showing the most pronounced wear. Back: The corners on the reverse show matching rounding and exposed card stock, consistent with typical handling over time.
Edges: 5 / 10
Front: Moderate chipping and shelf wear are evident along the wood-grain edges, particularly along the top and right side of the design. Back: Uniform whitening and minor fraying are visible along all four back edges, showing expected wear for a vintage card.
Surface: 5 / 10
Several light scuffs and small pin-sized spots of color loss are present across the player image and the wood-grain borders.
