This 1961 Topps Billy Consolo is in outstanding condition for its age. It features superior centering and a pristine surface. The grade is primarily limited by minor corner touches and slight edge chipping on the reverse, which are typical for a high-end vintage specimen.
Centering: 9 / 10
Front: The front displays near-perfect vertical centering and a very slight left-to-right horizontal shift. Back: The back is well-centered with a slight shift toward the right edge.
Corners: 7 / 10
The Top Left and Top Right corners show very minor touches of wear. The bottom corners remain sharp.
Edges: 8 / 10
Minor chipping is visible along the left edge on the reverse side.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The front surface maintains excellent color and gloss with no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The back surface is exceptionally clean, free from the common wax or gum stains often found in this era.
