This 1965 Topps Billy Cowan is a very well-preserved example with high-grade corners and edges. The final condition assessment is primarily constrained by the significant left-to-right centering shift on the front.

The front displays a pronounced left-to-right shift, with the left border being much thicker than the right.
Corners: 8 / 10
The Top Right corner shows a minor touch of whitening. The other three corners remain sharp and well-defined.
Edges: 9 / 10
The Right edge on the back shows extremely minor roughness from the original factory cut.
Surface: 9 / 10
The front surface is clean with strong colors and no visible scratches or print defects.
