This is a very high-quality vintage card with corners, edges, and surface conditions that would otherwise merit a much higher grade. However, the final assessment is limited by the vertical centering, which shows a significant shift toward the top edge.

The front has a strong vertical shift toward the top edge, while the side-to-side centering is quite good.
Corners: 9 / 10
Front: The corners are very sharp for the era, with only the Top Left corner showing a faint hint of contact wear. Back: The back corners are well-preserved, matching the high quality of the front.
Edges: 9 / 10
Front: The edges are clean and smooth, showing no significant chipping or rough cuts. Back: The edges on the reverse side are straight and free of major wear.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally clean with bold colors and no visible scratches or creases. Back: The back surface is bright and shows only very minor natural aging typical of this vintage stock.
