This 1961 Topps card is in exceptional physical condition for its age, featuring sharp corners and clean surfaces. However, the final grade is limited by the front centering, which is shifted significantly toward the left edge.

The front has a pronounced shift toward the left edge, and the top border is slightly thinner than the bottom.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners are remarkably sharp for the era, with only the Top Right corner showing a microscopic touch of white. Back: Back corners show very light signs of handling but remain structurally sound and square.
Edges: 8 / 10
The edges are clean with only very minor instances of natural factory chipping visible along the right side.
Surface: 9 / 10
Front: The front surface is excellent, retaining original color depth and print clarity without any visible scratches or creases. Back: The reverse surface is clean and free of the common wax or gum stains often found on cards of this vintage.
