This 1959 Topps Billy Klaus is in remarkable condition. It is headlined by exceptional front centering and strong surface preservation. The grade is primarily limited by very minor corner touches on the top edge, resulting in an elite Near Mint-Mint presentation for a vintage card.

The reverse side is shifted noticeably toward the top and slightly toward the left.
Corners: 8 / 10
The corners on the back show very faint signs of handling on the top edge, consistent with high-grade vintage card stock.
Edges: 9 / 10
The edges are clean and straight, featuring the slightly rough cut characteristic of authentic Topps cards from this era.
Surface: 9 / 10
The surface maintains excellent gloss and vibrant color. There is very minor print snow in the blue background, which is typical for this set.
