This card is in outstanding condition for a vintage 1959 Topps issue. The centering is the primary limiting factor, shifted slightly toward the top, but the sharp corners and pristine surfaces warrant a high-tier grade.

The front displays a modest vertical shift toward the top edge, though it remains well within professional standards for this vintage set.
Corners: 8 / 10
Front: The corners are remarkably sharp for a 1950s issue. Only the Bottom Left corner shows a trace of micro-fuzz under close inspection. Back: The reverse corners show consistent minor touches of handling wear typical of the card stock.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges are clean with the original factory rough-cut visible on the right side, which is common for this era. Back: The edges on the reverse are well-preserved with only minor chipping along the bottom border.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The surface is exceptionally clean with bright colors and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The reverse surface is free of any wax stains or markings, maintaining excellent eye appeal.
