The grade is primarily dictated by the heavy rounding on all four corners and the significant horizontal centering shift. General edge wear and surface soiling on the reverse further support a mid-to-lower condition assessment.

There is a pronounced horizontal shift toward the left side of the card.
Corners: 2 / 10
Front: All four corners show significant rounding and heavy whitening at the tips. Back: Heavy wear and rounding are present on all corners, matching the condition of the front.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The edges show moderate chipping and shelf wear, most noticeably along the top border. Back: Whitening and minor fraying are evident along the entire perimeter of the card back.
Surface: 5 / 10
The reverse side shows moderate age-toning and several small dark spots/stains.
