Graded by Mint Condition: 3 The final grade is primarily limited by the severe centering miscut on the front right edge. While the surface and edges remain respectable for a vintage 1953 issue, the combined impact of the missing border and noticeable corner wear constrains the grade. Centering: 3 / 10 The front is severely off-center to the right, creating a miscut appearance where the border is missing. Corners: 4 / 10 All four corners display rounding and light whitening consistent with handling and age. Edges: 6 / 10 Visible chipping and light fraying are present along the top and bottom edges.
