The Top Left corner exhibits heavy rounding and significant whitening. The Top Right corner shows moderate rounding, while the bottom corners show light touches.

Front: The Top edge and Left edge show light chipping and minor fraying of the card stock. Back: The edges on the reverse show minor chipping, most notably along the Right edge.
Surface: 8 / 10
The surface shows typical print snow for the era and a very fine horizontal line near the player's forehead.
