This vintage matchbook cover presents well for its age but is held back by a prominent horizontal fold crease across the center. Significant rounding on the corners and a very rough top edge further limit the condition to a 'Very Good' range.

Centering: 9 / 10
Front: The top border is slightly thicker than the bottom, while the left and right margins are nearly equal. Back: The back consists of plain cardboard stock without a printed frame, making centering assessment standard for the era.

Corners: 4 / 10
Front: Both Top corners show significant rounding and minor fraying. The Bottom corners are more intact but show visible softening. Back: The corners on the reverse show wear consistent with the front, with noticeable rounding and soft edges.

Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The Top edge is quite rough with significant chipping and paper loss. The side edges show moderate shelf wear. Back: The edges on the reverse appear worn and irregular, particularly along the top and bottom.

Surface: 3 / 10
A heavy horizontal crease runs across the center of the card, which is common for matchbook covers but affects the overall surface integrity.
