This card is in excellent condition, highlighted by a very clean surface and strong horizontal centering. The grade is limited to a 9 primarily due to the slight vertical centering shift and minor touches of wear on the corners, along with the standard factory rough-cut edges typical of this issue.

The left and right borders are perfectly balanced, while the card is shifted slightly toward the top edge.
Corners: 7 / 10
Front: The Top Left, Top Right, and Bottom Left corners show minor touches of wear and very slight whitening. The Bottom Right corner remains sharp. Back: Minor touches of wear are visible on the Top Left and Top Right corners, typical for the card stock of this era.
Edges: 8 / 10
Front: The edges feature the characteristic rough-cut texture of O-Pee-Chee cards, with minor chipping visible along the right side. Back: The back edges show some light roughness and minor chipping consistent with the front.
Surface: 10 / 10
Front: The front surface is exceptionally clean with vibrant colors and no visible scratches or print defects. Back: The back surface is well-preserved with clear text and no signs of staining or discoloration.
