The final grade is primarily determined by the significant horizontal centering shift and the manual ink marking on the checklist. Despite these flaws, the physical integrity of the card—including the corners and edges—is remarkably high for a vintage 1963 issue.

Front: All four corners are exceptionally sharp and well-preserved for a card of this era. Back: The corners on the reverse are consistently sharp with no visible whitening or rounding.

The edges are clean, showing only the slightest natural paper texture characteristic of 1960s stock.
Surface: 5 / 10
There is a prominent ink checkmark next to item 188 on the checklist, which limits the surface grade.
