Front: All four corners show heavy rounding and significant wear. The top corners have visible fraying consistent with being part of a matchbook. Back: The corners on the reverse side show the same degree of heavy rounding and paper loss as the front.
Edges: 4 / 10
Front: The edges exhibit extensive chipping and fraying throughout. The top edge is especially rough from its original attachment point. Back: The back edges show significant wear and consistent chipping along the entire perimeter.

Heavy horizontal creases are visible across the center of the card. Two staple holes are also present near the bottom edge.
